Hi, we are a fairly relaxed social hiking group with an emphasis on meeting people and talking as well as walking, exploring, appreciating scenic nature, and adventure. The majority of our meetups are day hikes in forests, parks, streams, and along coastlines in the Auckland region. If you are new to Auckland, or you are a seasoned hiker/tramper and want to make new friends whilst enjoying the outdoors, then this Guided Hiking Meet Up Group is perfect for you. These hiking events are led by knowledgable guides, who have hiked and tramped in Auckland for many years. Meet ups are on the weekends. We carpool to share costs. Most hikes we do are about 5 hours long, depending on the overall fitness of the group. It takes about an hours drive from the CBD to get to the tracks. …

Hi This Meet Up group is for people who want to do walks and easier bush hikes around the Auckland area as well as other activities from time to time. Mid week options as well as weekend activities are currently available.
